|9 December 2020
Moderator: Jacek Cieślak
The artistic director of the National Theatre and a distinguished actor who made his debut in Andrzej Wajda's 1957 film Sewer talks about how the perception of mobbing and sexual abuse has changed in the theatrical milieu: from tabooing the problems to discussions sparked by the article about the situation in the Gardzienice ensemble. He also shares his reflections after the premiere of a film documenting the rehearsals for The Trial directed by Krystian Lupa. Jan Englert recalls his experiences of collaborating with such directors as Jerzy Jarocki and Kazimierz Dejmek, whose working methods often aroused controversy.
