The third day of the festival!

06 December 2015

We are now in the third day of the festival!
How about a warm-up with a fantastic debate? At noon experts in five different fields will champion forgotten heroes, who for some reason failed to become classics. We will try to confront them with the present times. How would they have acted? The debate, inspired by the production "Unreal Story of Jan Karski" (showing on 13 December), will be moderated by Łukasz Drewniak. Come and join us at the festival centre in Bunkier Sztuki. Since Tadeusz Lubelski, Jacek Wakar, Przemysław Czapliński, Bogusław Deptuła and Roman Kurkiewicz will be there, you simply can't miss it!

In the evening, we will present as many as four divine shows. Three of them ("Kalkstein / The Black Sun", "Significant Others: Depressions. Szymborska, Rymkiewicz, Bielicka," and "Unbearably Long Embraces") are our festival premieres and were shown yesterday as well. By some miracle, there are still a few tickets left for "Kalkstein" (6 p.m.), probably because the showing is outside the city centre, so don't miss this opportunity (section: Tickets).
"AMOK. Miss Coma Approaches" is a diploma production prepared by the students of Ludwik Solski State Drama School in Cracow and directed by Marcin Liber. Showing at 7 p.m. in the PARADISO (Young Artists) section.

We will close the day with a concert, or rather a Jazzformance, "Wirpsza / Coherence of the World," warmly recommended for all fans of jazz and musical experiments. Oleś brothers together with Piotr Orzechowski and the actor Radosław Krzyżowski will pour new life into Witold Wirpsza's poetry in their musical-visual show at Małopolski Ogród Sztuki (8 p.m.). More details in today's calendar on our website in the section "Programme."
